What do we expect?

You will be part of the Growth team and you will be responsible for executing, managing and supporting the strategy of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, web, mobile and other channels and automations.

Responsibilities:

• Define campaign specifications covering implementation, audience, measurement, and tracking aspects according to the project plan
• Create and execute effective digital campaigns across multiple channels
• Measure and analyse campaign performance in order to make
  - driven decisions and optimise campaign performance
• Constantly liaise with other teams to align project deliverables
• Document and organise all project implementation details, deliverables, and data
• Prepare reporting to the different stakeholders
• Protect and enhance Tonic Easy Medical’s brand in all message communications

Who you are

You have:

• A degree in marketing, marketing management, communication, similar discipline or relevant work experience
• Experience in customer engagement platforms (e. g. Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc), is a plus
• Experience in using analytics & visualization tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze marketing performance across multiple channels (e. g. , paid media, email, social, SEO, content)
• Will to interpret data to identify trends, measure ROI, and optimize campaigns with different objectives, e. g. retention and engagement
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis
• Experience presenting findings to both technical and
  - technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• Working proficiency in English

Hybrid work model: 3 days at the office, in a cool office at a great location.
