What are you going to do?

• Drive customer acquisition efforts through
  - led growth by launching and optimizing paid ad campaigns focused on key conversion events.
• Analyze campaign performance to identify insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage keyword strategies, ad copy variations, and targeting setups.
• Support the creation of dashboards and automation scripts for reporting and campaign management.
• Collaborate with content, design, and brand teams to produce
  - performing, relevant creatives.
• Set up and analyze A/B tests for ads and landing pages, turning results into actionable improvements.
• Keep up with the latest in search marketing trends, platform updates, and automation tools to maintain a competitive edge.

What are we looking for?

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or
  - focused environment;
• Strong analytical mindset;
• Hands-on with Google Ads Search;
• Ideally experience with B2B or Saa
  S;
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets — VLOOKUP, filters, and pivot tables should be second nature;
• Interest in automation — willingness to explore scripts or light coding to streamline processes is a strong plus;
• A collaborative,
  - first attitude — you enjoy working
  - functionally and contributing to shared goals;
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools, platforms, and trends in the digital marketing space;
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and performance analysis is a bonus;
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal (B2);
• Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
