How your

Provide B2B support to our valued advertisers. You will be responsible for managing product troubleshooting and delivering exceptional customer support related to our advertising offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify initiatives to enhance our services and elevate overall user experience
• Manage and resolve

  - end product troubleshooting and customer support for advertising products via email and chat channels
• Take ownership of query resolution by collaborating with Product Operations and Engineering teams to address general, technical, or
  - related questions
• Enhance overall Customer Satisfaction metrics by ensuring
  - quality service throughout the case journey, providing regular updates at every touchpoint
• Maintain strict adherence to service levels across all channels to achieve

  - class productivity and significantly reduce resolution times

  - house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issues they may encounter

Requirements

• Fluent in German and strong English skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts
• Experience managing paid campaigns (mandatory)
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Experience in digital marketing
• Experience in a contact centre or service program for an advertising tech company
• Familiarity with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work both as a team member and independently
