• Defining solutions to clients and improving existing processes to meet their needs
• Using coding skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Providing exceptional customer service through chat and email

In order to succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of German language and culture
• A good level of English (B2 or higher)
• A high school degree or equivalent qualification
• Technical support experience
• A general understanding of online marketing products
• Strategic thinking skills
• A drive for excellence and professionalism
• The ability to work well in a team
