The Digital Marketing Trainee will be part of our Marketing team, focusing on supporting the management of digital marketing campaigns, website optimization, and marketing data analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and launching paid media campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, Linked
  In);
• Coordinate with agencies and designers for visual and copy needs;
• Help localize and adapt campaigns for different international markets;
• Assist in campaign reporting and market analysis;
• Support website and landing page updates (content, structure, SEO);
• Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hub
  Spot, and others;
• Assist in reporting and deriving insights from marketing data;
• Monitor lead quality and support nurturing flows;
• Assist with marketing automation tasks in Hub
  Spot;
• Support sales operations within the CRM.

Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Marketing or a related field;
• Eligibility for IEFP professional internship required;
• Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn;
• Analytical and
  - oriented mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and derive insights;
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail;
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Available to work 4 days in the office and 1 day remote per week.

Plus, not required:

• Basic understanding of digital advertising and analytics platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, and Linked
  In Ads;
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub
  Spot or others;
• Familiarity with platforms such as Word
  Press, Webflow, Clarity, and Canva.
