Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support by handling inbound requests and documenting cases
• Assist with
  - sales, general inquiries, and technical issues via phone, email, chat, and social media
• Adapt the brand’s tone and voice across private and public communication channels
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with timely and friendly responses

Your Profile

• Native-level French with good English (B2)
• Interest in or willingness to learn Java
  Script, HTML5, CSS3
• Interest in CMS platforms such as Word
  Press, Shopify, Wix, Joomla
• Knowledge or interest in online advertising and ad products
• Strong troubleshooting and
  - solving skills
• Previous B2B experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

What’s in It for You?

• Contract: 1-year
  - term, renewable annually
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00, 40h/week
• Training: Fully paid, 9 weeks
• Salary package:
  • With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1, 040€ gross/month + quarterly bonus up to 300€
  • Without accommodation: 1, 240€ gross/month + quarterly bonus up to 300€
  • Signing bonus: 1, 500€
  • Training period fully compensated
