We are looking for a Junior Ops Engineer to join our team and work closely with the founders across both
- facing and internal initiatives.

This is a mixed role at the intersection of business operations and technical execution, ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating workflows, and helping bring
-
- market strategies to life.

a. Internal Workflows & GTM Operations

• Support the optimization of internal processes across sales, marketing, and product.
• Identify, implement and develop internal tooling as needed.
• Work with the founder to translate go-to-market plans into operational systems, using modern approaches to customer data enrichment and outbound automation.
• Track and analyze performance data to inform GTM decisions.

b. External Work

• Participate in the different projects of Oktogon Labs, ranging from support to training and educational offers, AI consulting, and product/workflow development.
• Assist in scoping and implementing solutions for clients, ensuring smooth execution of consulting and delivery projects.
• Contribute to client-facing automations, dashboards, and workflow setups to meet specific project needs.

c. Product Studio

• Contribute to the development of
  - apps and experimental tools within Oktogon’s Product Studio.
• Use vibe coding methods (AI-assisted environments like Cursor, Replit, Gemini, etc. ) to quickly prototype and iterate ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to transform prototypes into scalable,
  - ready solutions.
• Explore and test new technologies that can be embedded into our core products and services.

== About You ==

• You’re someone that sits well within the Product, Business & Coding spectrum interested in contribute to both
  - facing consulting tasks and technical implementation
• 0–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, or technical roles (internships welcome).
• Familiarity with vibe coding or workflow automation tools (Replit, Cursor, Zapier, n8n, Make) or willingness to learn fast.
• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, and coding.
• Strong
  - solving skills and curiosity for both business and technology.
• Comfortable contributing to both business-facing consulting tasks and technical implementation.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with leadership.

• Trial Period + Service Contract: 3-months + 1 year contract
