Your responsibilities and impact as Digital Product Advisor will be:

• Managing
  - office activities related to online orders

• Following up on packages, orders, and delivery processes

• Supporting customer service agents with complex cases

• Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve issues

• Ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and efficiency

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native level of German and good English skills

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: 6-month or 1-year renewable contract

• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, 5 days per week on rotating shifts depending on the project

• Salary package:
  • With accommodation included: €950 – €1, 000 gross/month (shared flat, all bills included, based on experience)

  • Without accommodation: €1, 300 – €1, 400 gross/month (based on experience)

  • Paid training period included

Relocation support for international candidates:

• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses
