Your responsibilities and impact as Digital Product Advisor will be:

Managing
- office activities related to online orders

Following up on packages, orders, and delivery processes

Supporting customer service agents with complex cases

Contacting customers via phone and email to resolve issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and efficiency

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of German and good English skills

Positive mindset, motivation, and efficiency

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Team player with good communication abilities

Client-oriented with a focus on service quality

Flexibility, punctuality, and willingness to stay in Portugal

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 6-month or 1-year renewable contract

Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week, 5 days per week on rotating shifts depending on the project

Salary package:

With accommodation included: €950 – €1, 000 gross/month (shared flat, all bills included, based on experience)

Without accommodation: €1, 300 – €1, 400 gross/month (based on experience)

Paid training period included

Relocation support for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight expenses

Airport
- up upon arrival

Yearly return flight ticket to home country within the EU

Assistance with paperwork and opening a bank account
