Product Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Development Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have experience in digital product management and strategy, with a strong command of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle.

You will define and execute product roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure deliveries align with product vision.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement;
  
  
  
  
• Plan sprints, write user stories, and follow up through to release, ensuring deliveries meet defined objectives and align with the roadmap;
  
  
  
  
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning the company's strategic goals with user needs and technical requirements;
  
  
  
  
• Manage stakeholders, communicating objectives, challenges, and success metrics;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams, as well as marketing and other departments, to ensure deliveries are aligned with product vision;
  
  
  
  
• Identify and track KPIs to monitor product performance and impact;
  
  
  
  
• Conduct market research, user research, and benchmarking to keep products competitive and innovative;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure quality and continuous alignment of products with user and market needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles, preferably in digital products, Saa
  S, or financial platforms;
  
  
  
  
• 4+ years of experience in digital product management and strategy, with a strong command of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle;
  
  
  
  
• Ability to define and execute product roadmaps with
  - on experience in agile practices;
  
  
  
  
• Practicalknowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma;
  
  
  
  
• Analytical skills to uncover insights and translate data into improvement and growth opportunities;
  
  
  
  
• Proactivity, resilience, and the ability to lead initiatives, even in uncertain environments;
  
  
  
  
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical stakeholders and business teams;
  
  
  
  
• Availability tostart within the next 0–2 months.
