Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic product leader to join our team and drive the development of innovative products and projects. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the full product development cycle, from discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.

You will plan sprints, write user stories (US), and follow up through to release, ensuring deliveries meet defined objectives and align with the roadmap. You will define and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning the company's strategic goals with user needs and technical requirements.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Product Manager or in similar roles, preferably in digital products, Saa
S, or financial platforms. They will have 4+ years of experience in digital product management and strategy, with a strong command of agile methodologies and the product lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product development cycle
• Plan sprints and write user stories
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps
• Manage stakeholders and communicate objectives, challenges, and success metrics
• Collaborate closely with development and product teams, as well as marketing and other departments
• Identify and track KPIs to monitor product performance and impact
• Conduct market research, user research, and benchmarking to keep products competitive and innovative
