Digital Product Manager
Held by the Crédit Agricole Group, one of the largest European banking groups, Banco Credibom operates in consumer credit and is the leader in automobile financing. Mission
In this role you will lead the development of digital products from Concept to Success, managing the full lifecycle of digital assets from vision, conception, launch and continuously improving their performance.
You will define and lead a vision for all products under your scope, designing and running your products’ roadmap, regarding corporate strategy and Client needs.
Orchestrate different stakeholders with different degrees of
- literacy, including Commercial, Business Development, Operations, Legal, Engineers (Front/Back-end) and external Martech service providers.
Responsibilities/Activities
Defining the "why" and "what" of a digital product, including setting goals and ensuring the product can meet user needs and business objectives
Leading the development of the digital product or suite of products
Analyzing the market to ensure the product continues to offer advantages over its competitors
Creating and prioritizing a strategic product roadmap, including breaking down product development into actionable steps, setting deadlines, assigning tasks and prioritizing features maximizing business objectives
Defining main KPIs and other product metrics and ensuring implementation from day one to measure performance and make informed decisions in improving digital journeys
Deciding based on product data and market studies on Client / Partner needs
Leading and motivating teams of designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to achieve product goals
Ensuring products comply with Legal, Compliance, Tech, Architecture and IT Sec
Cooperating with IT Stakeholders to evolve tech ecosystem to answer Clients needs
Facilitating clear communication, keeping everyone informed, managing expectations, and resolving conflicts
Managing Martech and other external providers and related budgets with finance and procurement teams
Skills & Experience
Track record in the definition, building and launch of digital products
Experience/knowledge in digital solutions for financial services, namely in consumer loans, home/mobile banking (preferential) and critical thinking to understand emerging market tendencies linked and or impacting the financial sector
Multi-level digital product leadership: Investment rational, identifying
- offs, take difficult decisions and build alignment around vision
Able to zoom
- out naturally, able to both think strategically and deep dive in details to solve specific issues with the team
Strategic planning, vision and leadership with strong team motivational skills
Product and process conception
Managing execution and delivery
Communication and collaboration
Adaptability and resilience to deal with challenges with a positive attitude
Agile/waterfall methodologies
Good level of Portuguese and English written and spoken
