ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Digital Product Owner to join our growing team.

Business channels through which these activities is carried out.

As part of its Agile Transformation, at the crossroads of significant changes to our Delivery model, with a central concern for the quality of the customer journey, the Digital Agency Product Line team is strengthening. As a Digital Product Owner, your mission is to onboard this adventure.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:

The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of changes made to one of the functional modules of the Digital Product Line.

The Digital Product Owner will have the following responsibilities:

• Maintain the Product backlogs and roadmap;
• The implementation of new functionalities;
• The functional homogeneity of the product on the various Web channels / EDI / API;
• Good communication of its expertise and new functionalities to Professional Services / Sales / Customer Service teams in charge of customer deployments;
• Collect and formalize the needs of stakeholders in the form of backlogs / epic / user stories;
• Participate in the various project monitoring bodies (Steerco, Scrum meetings);
• Take charge of the acceptance phases;
• Assist the Department in the industrialization of the new module, both in terms of user management, support or marketing

Over time, the new Product Owner will oversee the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the module and will take part in new projects according to the needs of the service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Owner of a master’s degree, ideally in Computer Sciences applied to Product Management,
• Experience with similar tasks, (from 5 to 10 years) or at least as a Project Manager/Business Analyst;
• Mastery of the Agile frameworks (PO Certification would be a plus);
• Strong knowledge and sensitivity Web / Digital;
• Sensitivity to design and user experience/Ergonomics;
• Work in an international context with multicultural teams;
• Fluent in English
