We are looking for a Trainee to join our Digital Products Team, which supports both business planning activities and the development of digital solutions within the organization. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in financial planning and reporting while also contributing to process automation and digitalization.
Your mission will be. . .
- Support execution of internal processes regarding allocation of costs to the business and monthly reporting tasks;
- Support in planning activities and consolidation of financial reports from more than 10 regional companies across SWE, CEE and AFR;
- Cooperation with the remaining controlling teams within the structure in several of our daily operations;
- Building up tools allowing process automation for the department, including Automation of business processes and monthly reporting activities;
- Integral part of projects to streamline the reporting landscape and improve data visualization and transparency.
We are looking for someone with. . .
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics or equivalent;
- Fluency in English - spoken and written knowledge;
- Solid knowledgeof MS office, of which Excel is mandatory (VBA knowledge is an advantage);
- Interested in developing skills and learning digital tools (e. G. Power
BI, SQL, Python, Snowflake, Knime);
- Good analyticalskills, rigor and attention to detail;
- Problem-solvingmindset, Proactivity and organization;
- Good interpersonal skills, of which the ability to communicate with different partners and work as a team.
