We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Project Manager to join Sanjow's team in Lisbon. Your main responsibilities include managing our
- commerce projects, improving the level of service we deliver to our clients and coordinating with our different teams. You should demonstrate knowledge and passion for the
- commerce sector. We’re a small team at Sanjow, so be ready to get your hands dirty!

From document processing to travel online platforms, we have built innovative projects for tomorrow and beyond. Our core international team includes experts in finance, operations, marketing, and IT who work hand in hand to accelerate the growth of our projects.

You will

Work directly with senior team members to:

Manage and develop our
- commerce projects

Provide project status updates to all stakeholders

Build strong relationships with our
- party service providers

Manage the online reputation

Coordinate with our different teams (tech, billing and marketing)

Find, test and launch new products and offers that would fit into our portfolio

Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

Add value to business each day by providing the right information at the right time

Implement new ideas and recommendations to improve current processes

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management

In-depth knowledge of Online Marketing

Strong analytical abilities and a tech background are a plus, but not a requisite

Some advanced Excel and Power
Point skills (Ninja level is a plus)

A multicultural background is a plus, you have explored the world and ideally, speak more than two languages

Excellent organizational skills

Strong knowledge of UX interface design and ability to lead designers

Ideally some form of entrepreneurial experience

Curiosity, passion, much energy, ambition and a great sense of humour (or at least one we can understand)
