Digital Project Manager

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Lead the lifecycle of digital and AI‑driven products from ideation to execution, including budget planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and outcomes aligned with Siemens Energy’s values.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Engage with internal and external partners to set expectations and maintain alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions for excellence.
• Foster compliance, ethical AI practices, and transparent communication with stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and influence at all organizational levels.
• Certified senior‑level project management experience (IPMA or similar) with SCRUM Master skills.
• Experience in leading digital transformation and AI projects in large organizations.
• Strong change management capabilities and proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable insights from complex information.
