- commerce? Were looking for a German-speaking Digital Risk Analyst to join a dynamic international team in Lisbon. Youll be on the frontlines of identifying suspicious behavior, protecting customers from fraud, and keeping online transactions safe. Whether youve worked in
- commerce investigations or are a seasoned customer support pro with a sharp eye for detailthis role is for you.

What Youll Be Doing

• Investigate suspicious activities, fraud cases, and abuse in
  - commerce environments.
• Analyze patterns, verify details, and create thorough documentation using provided templates.
• Use internal tools and gather info from multiple sources to support your case logic.
• Handle disputes with professionalism and calm, even in
  - paced situations.
• Provide excellent support while ensuring every action aligns with fraud prevention standards.
• Suggest process improvements and contribute to a safer online experience for everyone.

What Were Looking For

• Fluent German (C1+) and good English communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or e-commerce fraud investigation.
• Strong analytical and investigative mindset.
• Meticulous, organized, and
  - oriented.
• Confident working with MS Word and Excel.
• Able to prioritize tasks and act quickly under pressure.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.

Compensation & Perks

• Base Salary: 1, 100/month (x14 payments/year)
• Performance Bonus: 100/month (x11 months/year)
• Meal Allowance: 7. 23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20/month
• Health Insurance: Available from day one (free after 6 months)
• Braga Bonus (if transferred): 20/year
