Your mission will be…
Reporting directly to the Digital Services Operations Manager, the Digital Services Engineer will perform duties associated with the solutions design and commissioning on industrial systems, plants, production lines, and machines. You will be responsible to:
- Design, develop and implement solutions for our clients in accordance with Siemens' digitalization portfolio (from OT to IT systems).
- Develop and deploy communication and automation infrastructures for data integration at the industrial management level, and industrial diagnostic and reporting systems.
- Develop connectivity solutions.
- Parametrize communications equipment with cybersecurity roles.
- Develop high‑level OT programs.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through increased availability.
- Comply with company safety procedures and policies, ensuring no hazardous incidents occur.
We are looking for someone with…
- College degree in electrical and computer science engineering or similar.
- Knowledge of IT and OT architecture, network topologies, and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of systems virtualization or container‑related platforms.
- Knowledge of Io
T networks and cloud services. - Knowledge of database management (SQL, Oracle, or others).
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity.
- Team player, problem solver, organized, flexible, customer and safety oriented.
- Ability to work well in a team environment, including international colleagues, as well as independently.
- Availability for frequent travel to customer sites (national and international) is required.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must.
- Customer relations and interaction skills.
- Fluent English (highly evaluated).
Other skills that will be valued…
- Low‑code programming (Mendix or other equivalents) is a plus.
- Knowledge in Power
BI and Advanced Excel. - Automation systems with knowledge of automation‑related languages like SCL and Ladder Logic (valued).
- Deep knowledge in cybersecurity and related certifications for ISO 27001 or IEC 62443 (valued).
