Digital Shelf Specialist
The Digital Shelf Specialist is responsible for driving a successful

- out of the digital shelf tool and for reporting on digital shelf performance. This role plays a critical part in supporting markets to drive

- retailers by leveraging insights related to Amazon 1P/3P sales & share, pricing, as well as digital shelf: availability, content, rating & reviews, search, banner visibility.

Coordinate with digital shelf vendor and local teams to ensure successful
- up: compiling local inputs, confirming list of users, reviewing categories x brands…
Test and validate scorecards, reports, and new features to ensure that they are aligned with Wella requirements, ahead of

Manage communication, meetings, and action plans with vendors and markets to ensure
- out per timelines
Digital shelf performance monitoring & analytics
Set up digital shelf dashboards and scorecards that fit the needs of our client stakeholders (beyond standard dashboards that will be
- defined by the vendor)
Ensure market scorecards are aligned with global KPIs and targets and review any exception requests by markets (e. g. , adjusting Rating & Reviews targets for a specific
- retailer…)
Collect and review users' inputs/ feedback about the tool to drive continuous improvements in partnership with the vendor and monitor market engagement (attendance, adoption…)
Supporting markets to drive

Coordinate with vendor to ensure insights are fit for use for local teams and aligned with business priorities: e. g. , covering new launches, priority
- retailers for monthly insight sessions
Work closely with global teams to support markets with help needed (e. g. , brand search keyword inputs)
Conduct audits and leverage insights to identify opportunities across Content, Availability, Rating & Reviews, and Search. Follow up with markets to ensure action plans are being implemented with
- retailers and ensure digital shelf best practices are implemented across markets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Commerce, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital shelf management, e
Commerce, or digital marketing, ideally within the beauty or CPG industry.
Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
An analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital.
