Digital Solutions Product Owner

What you will do:

This role will be responsible for ensuring the continuity and evolution of critical applications, aligning business needs with technological solutions.

• Act as a link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring the definition of requirements, backlog prioritization, and continuous value delivery.
• Manage core projects and initiatives, promote the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies, and contribute to the operational efficiency of the Department.

What are we looking for:

• Degree or equivalent training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering and Computers, Management, or similar areas.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Owner and Project Management roles in a technological context.
• Experience in maintenance, support, and implementation of applications with OT technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Blue
  Optima.
• Project management skills and technical experience in critical applications that support the operation, monitoring, and optimization of the power grid and smart grid infrastructure.
• Technical knowledge of platforms and application solutions geared towards the management and operation of the electricity grid and smart grids, such as ADMS, Sys
  Grid, GIS, and EDM systems, as well as experience in cloud environments (e. g. , AWS).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Language skills: English (mandatory), Portuguese (mandatory), Spanish (valued).
