The Digital Strategy & Development team is responsible for analyzing and developing new products that generate recurring revenue by leveraging market and tech trends, improving customer experience, and enhancing the bank’s offer.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contribute to the product vision by identifying digital transformation opportunities that can leverage business value and support the implementation of the digital strategy.
2. Engage in the complete product development lifecycle, encompassing research, specification, implementation, testing, and handover, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless process.
3. Collaborate with fellow team members, business units, and external partners to effectively manage
   - impact, strategic, and transformative projects.
4. Strive for product innovation by incorporating innovative fintech and AI solutions to foster disruption in banking use cases and developments.

Preferred Qualifications

1. We accept
   - level candidates with a maximum of 2 years of work experience, ideally in tech startups, strategy, management consulting, or finance.
2. Outstanding academic degree in finance, economics, engineering, or management.
3. Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English is a must (Spanish is a plus).
4. Understanding of key UX/UI principles and product design, with an emphasis on creating
   - centered solutions and enhancing overall user experience.
5. Basic coding knowledge, particularly for understanding technical concepts and integration.
