Overview / Summary:

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant in Artificial Intelligence with experience in AI-driven transformation projects, strong knowledge of the AI Act, and proficiency in
- creation and
- centered design methodologies. The role requires familiarity with AI governance frameworks, algorithmic ethics, and trustworthy AI principles.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Participate in digital transformation projects with AI components.
• Apply knowledge of the AI Act, including risk classification, technical requirements and legal obligations.
• Use
  - creation methodologies,
  - centered design, design thinking or service design in project activities.
• Apply AI governance frameworks, algorithmic ethics, and trustworthy AI principles.
• Engage in communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management activities.

Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation projects with AI components.

• Interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong facilitation abilities.
• Stakeholder management skills.

• Stack Tech

• Knowledge of the AI Act, including risk classification, technical requirements, and legal obligations.

• Knowledge of
  - creation methodologies,
  - centered design, design thinking, or service design.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks, algorithmic ethics, and trustworthy AI principles.

Complementary Requirements:

• Certifications in ethical AI, data governance, or regulatory compliance (e. G. , ISO/IEC 42001, AI Act Readiness).
