The Role

The Digital Transformation Manager will lead
- enabled change across the organization, delivering measurable business value through the successful execution of strategic programs and initiatives. This role combines strong IT delivery leadership with business partnering, ensuring that digital initiatives are prioritized effectively, executed with excellence, and fully adopted across the business.

Operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and strategy, the Digital Transformation Manager will drive
- wide transformation programs, oversee complex
- system implementations, and act as a trusted partner to business leaders.


Key responsibilities


IT Delivery Leadership (60%)

  • Lead portfolio and program management for enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive execution excellence across all programs, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance, risk management, and delivery controls.
  • Oversee
    - system integration programs and
    - led implementations.
  • Ensure quality, compliance, and validation readiness across regulated systems.
  • Lead benefits realization, change management, and business adoption.


IT Business Partnering (40%)

  • Partner with business leaders to shape digital strategy and
    - year transformation roadmaps.
  • Lead demand management and prioritization to align initiatives with business strategy and value creation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR, and R&D.
  • Own value management, ensuring measurable ROI and business outcomes.
  • Provide stewardship over data, security, privacy, and enterprise architecture alignment.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience leading digital transformation, IT programs, or enterprise portfolios.
  • Proven experience working with senior business stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Experience delivering ERP, CRM, LIMS, QMS, or similar core enterprise platforms.
  • Strong background in vendor and systems integrator management.
  • Strong portfolio and program management capabilities, including execution governance, risk and issue management, and vendor oversight.
  • Solid business acumen with experience in process mapping, business modelling, and benefits realization to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of system integrations, data platforms, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulated system delivery (validation and audit readiness).
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills to drive adoption and organizational transformation.
  • Certifications preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe/Agile, ITIL. Fluent English required.
  • Fluency in English required.
