Overview
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Process Management – Domain Application Management team. In this role, you will analyze and optimize business processes, define requirements for scalable, enterprise‑wide solutions, and partner with solution architects to model robust architectures. You’ll also own professional test planning and execution—capturing corner cases to ensure top‑tier quality. If you’re passionate about BPM platforms (Service

Responsibilities
- Process Analysis & Requirements Definition
- Conduct workshops and interviews to map and analyze current‑state processes, and prepare business cases.
- Elicit, document and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for global solutions.
- Prepare user stories.
- Solution Architecture & Design
- Collaborate closely with enterprise and solution architects to model target architectures.
- Ensure designs are scalable, maintainable and aligned with corporate standards.
- Leverage BPM platforms (Service
Now, Pega, Mendix etc. ) to prototype and validate workflows.
- Test Planning & Quality Assurance
- Develop comprehensive test plans covering functional, integration and regression testing.
- Execute test cases, capture edge and corner scenarios, track defects and verify fixes.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide clear acceptance‑criteria.
- AI & Data Platform Integration
- Assess opportunities for embedding AI/ML and LLM capabilities into process solutions.
- Define data requirements and integration patterns with Snowflake or other SQL databases.
- Work with data engineers to translate business analytics needs into data models.
- Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Drive project plans, monitor progress, manage budget and risks, and proactively elevate issues.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration among business analysts, developers, architects, data scientists, SMEs and operations.
- Communicate status, deliverables and change impacts to global stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong communicator with genuine empathy—able to manage stakeholders and build trust.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: pro‑active, self‑driven and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- Solid analytical skills: process‑mapping, data‑driven insight and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experienced in crafting business requirement documents, workflow diagrams and technical specs.
- Keen interest in digitalization, automation and emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Informatics, Software engineering, IT or related discipline).
- Min 5 years of experience in process consulting, project management or business analysis.
- Experience with infrastructure solution design, implementation, and service management.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more BPM platforms: Service
Now, Pega, Mendix or others. - Practical experience designing or implementing AI/ML or LLM‑powered solutions.
- Solid understanding of data platforms—Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, etc. —and data modeling.
- Familiarity with SAP/ERP.
- Proven ability to create clear solution architectures and technical requirement documents.
- Strong test‑planning and execution skills, with attention to corner‑case coverage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Azure Dev
Ops, etc. ). - Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian a plus).
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Project management certifications (e. g. PMP).
- Yellow/Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma or similar process‑improvement certification.
- Experience working in a global or multi‑region rollout environment.
- Knowledge of Dev
Ops practices and continuous integration / continuous delivery (CI/CD).
