About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Manager to lead complex technology programmes in Lisbon. You will drive cross‐functional initiatives spanning cloud migration, process automation and data‐analytics implementation. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

Lead end‐to‐end delivery of digital‐transformation projects, from requirement gathering and planning through execution and handover.

Manage budgets, resources, risks and stakeholder communication.

Collaborate with engineering, operations and business teams to align project objectives with organisational goals.

Implement agile practices and continuous‐improvement frameworks.

Requirements

6+ years’ experience managing technology or digital‐transformation projects.

Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP) and process‐automation tools.

Expertise in project‐management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP).

Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese or Spanish a plus.

Ability to lead distributed teams and interface with senior stakeholders.
