Role Overview

The Digital Twin/Cloud Global Technical Lead is responsible for ensuring global technical support readiness for Bentley Infrastructure Cloud, supporting
- based infrastructure solutions and promoting collaboration between technical support and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure product success by prioritizing user needs and adopting an agile mindset.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand development roadmaps and support upcoming features.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, manage bug prioritization, and analyze trends.
• Create training materials and documentation for new releases.
• Assist with complex technical cases and refine support processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cloud/Saa
  S technical support, mentoring, and escalation management.
• Knowledge of Bentley products, agile methodologies, and user expectations.
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, patience, and empathy.
• Ability to document complex information and collaborate effectively.
