Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing and securing the identity lifecycle and
- user access processes within the Microsoft 365 environment. This includes handling identity provisioning, access controls, and managing user devices across the organization. This role emphasizes integration between identity management, endpoint management, and security protocols to ensure seamless
- user computing experiences.

The Skills

• Bachelor-'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e. g. , CISSP, CIAM) are a plus.
• ITIL Foundation and Service
  Now familiarity (desirable).
• Strong understanding of IAM principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft products and Service
  Now administration.
• Excellent
  - solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IAM.
• Fluency in English.
