Job Description
As a Direct Partnership Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with potential partners, leading negotiations, and managing partnership contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the organization and partners, monitor partnership performance through key indicators, and provide insights based on market analysis for strategic
- making.
Responsibilities:
1. Partnership Development:
Identify and foster relationships with potential partners
Seach for new partners
Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company goals
2. Negotiation and Management:
Lead negotiations and manage partnership contracts
Ensure compliance and alignment with legal and organizational standards
3. Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a liaison between the organization and partners
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership activities
4. Performance Monitoring:
Establish and monitor key performance indicators for partnerships
Analyze data and provide regular reports to management
5. Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
Provide insights based on market analysis to drive strategic decisions.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of proven experience in partnership development and management
Strong understanding of digital/e-Commere industry trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong analytical and
- solving skills
Readiness for possible occasional business trips
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
