Business Development Director

KCM are recruiting for a business Development Director for a Design and Build Construction company who specialized in Data Center construction.

The role can be based in Portugal or Mainland Europe.

You will need to have BD experience in the DC/Pharma world and established relationships with key
- makers in major hyperscale/DC client companies operating in Europe

The position will pay a significant salary specifically with a candidate with direct experience of business development in the data center world with added benefits/bonus structure for the successful candidate.

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing relationships to identify and secure new business opportunities across the EU data center market
• Utilize industry network to identify
  - stage opportunities and potential market movements
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with executives and senior
  - makers
• Lead complex deal negotiations, drawing on established industry relationships
• Represent the company at industry events and maintain high visibility in the data center community
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights based on industry network
• Mentor team members in relationship building and network development
• Liaise with commercial/bid management teams
