Director of Event Operations

Role Overview
The Operations Director is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the company’s

- day activities. This role oversees the operations team, drives marketing and social media strategy, and leads the delivery of
- quality events and projects. The ideal candidate combines operational discipline with creativity, strong leadership, and

Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
- Implement best practices, processes, and tools to optimize efficiency across all departments.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure operational excellence.
Marketing & Social Media Oversight
- Oversee the company’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communications.
- Direct and manage social media presence to support business development and client engagement.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with measurable ROI, aligned with overall company objectives.
Event Production
- Lead the planning, production, and execution of company events (in-person and virtual).
- Ensure all events meet quality, budget, and brand standards.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, venues, and partners.
Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Implement project management methodologies to track progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Collaborate
- functionally with sales, finance, and leadership teams to align projects with business priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven track record in operations leadership, ideally within events, marketing, or related industries.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading
