Role DefinitionThe Field Operations Director (Regional) is responsible for end-to-end execution quality across assigned regions.
You ensure that what JP Org promises at the holding level is actually delivered , humanely , and consistently on the ground.
You are not a coordinator.
You are not a messenger.
You are a regional authority with operational, relational, and cultural accountability.
Core Ownership1. Local Execution & Standards- Ensure all JP Org programs, academies, and initiatives are executed according to defined standards
- Translate
- level strategy into
- appropriate operations - Prevent “local shortcuts” that undermine integrity or safety
- Oversee local staff, contractors, caretakers, and partners
- Clarify roles, responsibilities, and escalation paths
- Address dysfunction early, calmly, and decisively
- Act as the primary
- ground interface with: - Clubs
- Academies
- Schools
- Universities
- Housing providers
- Medical / support partners
- Maintain trust through clarity, fairness, and consistency
- Protect team morale, dignity, and cohesion
- Prevent relational decay, ego conflicts, and silent resentment
- Ensure people feel seen, respected, and supported , not consumed
- Report real conditions back to holding leadership
- Flag risks, capacity issues, and cultural mismatches early
- Prevent “HQ blindness” by grounding decisions in lived reality
This role explicitly operates through:

Required ProfileMandatory
- Proven experience in multi-site or
- country operations - Strong judgment under ambiguity and pressure
- High emotional intelligence and relational maturity
- Ability to hold standards without cruelty
- Fluent professional English
- Experience in sports, education, international programs, or field operations
- Exposure to Europe, Australia, or US operational environments
- Comfort working with founders and senior leadership directly
- Ability to navigate cultural nuance without losing clarity
