What you'll do:

1. Provide CFO-level partnership to our Business, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams, leading annual budgeting,
   - range strategic planning, and rolling forecasts for these organizations.
2. Partner with senior leaders and promote
   - centric business steering to drive sustainable growth.
3. Implement & track key performance indicators and financial metrics, delivering actionable insights, identifying trends, and addressing risks and opportunities in a
   - paced environment.
4. Build, mentor, and manage a
   - performing Finance Insights team consisting of ca. 20 Emmies located across the globe:
   
   fostering collaboration, growth, and excellence.
5. Drive efficiency and accuracy by implementing process enhancements within the function, leveraging advanced tools and industry best practices.

2. You have +15 years of experience in financial services, banking, audit, related fields.
3. You have +7 years of management experience, including building and leading
   - performing teams.
4. You are proactive,

   - on work mentality who demonstrates an entrepreneurial mindset within the finance field through
   - depth knowledge.
5. You are a
   - efficient collaborator with stakeholders (Commercial and Operations teams).
6. You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data into actionable insights.
