What will you do?

We are seeking a
- oriented and experienced Integration Manager to lead the seamless integration of systems, processes, and operations across our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and analytical skills, demonstrate excellence in collaboration, and thrive under pressure while ensuring the delivery of
- quality results. This role requires a
- savvy professional with expertise in cloud management and a
- oriented mindset. The integration group works with professional planning & monitoring, closely collaborating with the delivery team (PM & SM) to impact projects. The team and manager are fully aligned with the delivery goals. The department works based on best practices, methodology, and documentation, providing confidence internally as well as to customers.

• 5+ years of proven experience in integration management or a related role in the financial services or enterprise software – MUST

• Familiarity with
  - based technologies and systems management (K8S, Open
  Search)
• Experience working with observability tools
• Ability to thrive in a
  - paced environment and handle pressure effectively
• Commitment to driving quality, innovation, and excellence
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
