About Fundraise Up
Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform that makes donating to nonprofits fast, seamless, and accessible. We power tens of millions of dollars in donations each month and focus on innovation that directly impacts results: faster load times, higher conversion rates, global payment support, and accessibility‑first design.
About the Role
As the Group Product Manager, Donor Experience, you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and execution for our donor‑facing products. You will lead a talented team of Product Owners (initially 4–6) and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, and Go‑to‑Market teams to launch innovative capabilities that elevate the donor journey, boost conversion, and accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the vision and drive execution of a multi‑quarter strategy and roadmap for the Donor Experience
- Lead continuous discovery through JTBD mapping, customer interviews, and data analysis to separate core essentials from differentiators
- Run a high‑impact experimentation engine (A/B tests, optimisation, upsell and cross‑sell mechanics) to lift conversion and shorten time‑to‑value
- Balance scale and flexibility, safeguarding product integrity while enabling tailored solutions for enterprise growth
- Lead cross‑functional delivery with Engineering, Design, and Analytics to ship reliable, high‑performing, accessible experiences
- Set crisp business cases, acceptance criteria, and launch playbooks; monitor performance and iterate on insights
- Hire, mentor, and develop Product Owners; establish operating rituals (discovery cadence, experiment reviews, roadmap cycles)
- Operate as a true partner to Sales, Solutions, CS, Support, and Marketing; communicate trade‑offs with executive clarity
Skills and Qualifications
- 8–10+ years in Product Management with 3+ years leading PMs/POs across multiple areas
- Enterprise B2B/B2B2C platform experience (Saa
S / fintech / payments / e‑commerce or adjacent) - Proven discovery‑to‑impact record: insight → business case → delivery → measurable uplift (conversion, revenue, adoption)
- Metrics fluency: CR, ARPV/ARPS, adoption, time‑to‑value; strong analytical judgement
- Strong communication in English (C1); remote work within 9:00‑18:00 CET; occasional travel
Bonus Points
- Experience with payments, accessibility, localisation, or CRM/marketing integrations
- Background in remote‑first, distributed teams and enterprise customer environments
- Exposure to donor ecosystems or membership/recurring mechanics
What Great Looks Like in 6–12 Months
- Measured uplift in conversion and ARPV/ARPS from shipped experiments; clear revenue impact
- 2–3 pivotal donor‑facing launches with strong adoption and reliability
- A predictable operating system: quarterly strategy reviews, healthy discovery pipeline, on‑time delivery
- GTM alignment with field playbooks and consistent “no” messaging
- A strong PO bench with autonomous pods and accelerated decision velocity
