Paresa Collection is entering its next chapter — evolving from vision to curation, from foundations to resonance. As the brand prepares to launch a portfolio of immersive,
- only leadership residencies, we are seeking a strategic partner to help bring it into form.

You will operate at the intersection of brand, content, and experience — curating meaningful partnerships, building out residency programming, and shaping the distinct positioning of a leadership brand that values depth over display. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the founder of Selion Global and Paresa Collection in an entrepreneurial, creative, and
- touch role.

What the Role Involves

• Driving the development and launch of select Paresa Collection residencies — shaping programme structures, partner curation, and format evolution
• Leading relationship development with aligned individuals, brands, and destinations — from academics and facilitators to estates, institutions, and emerging collaborators
• Coordinating internal workflows and implementation across content, brand, and delivery
• Mapping editorial, cultural, and experiential cues that define the tone of Paresa
• Serving as a thought partner to the founder — progressing ideas, not waiting for instruction
• Bringing consistency across experience, message, and market — without diluting intimacy

Who This Role is For

• A
  - level programme or partnership strategist with 7–10+ years of
  - facing experience in
  - led consultancies, business schools, leadership organisations, editorial ventures, or cultural associations
• Someone who has led
  - stage development or curated trusted spaces for senior audiences (e. G. , executive education,
  - door summits, founder gatherings)
• Familiarity with immersive formats, residency curation, and
  - border networks is essential
• Equally comfortable writing a strategy memo or structuring a retreat pilot — you think, shape, and execute
• Culturally fluent and
  - literate — someone who understands nuance, aesthetic, and tone
• Not seeking a job — seeking meaning, impact, and the opportunity to
  - create something lasting

• Strong written English and communication finesse
• Experience liaising with senior audiences — C-suite,
  - level, or academic circles
• Sensitivity to both brand and business — including partnerships, sponsorships, and
  - term growth
• Remote-ready with high ownership and strong personal systems

• Location: Southern Europe preferred for cultural alignment and strategic proximity
