A highly reputable international developer operating across Europe, who are renowned for creating
- class
- luxury resort and private residential communities is seeking a Director of Property Operations for their flagship development in Portugal.

The Director of Property Operations will be responsible for overseeing all common and shared infrastructure and facilities within this exclusive estate. This includes roads, utilities, mechanical and electrical systems, and landscaped environments. The role focuses on maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence, preventive and corrective maintenance, and overall community functionality in alignment with the developer's global brand reputation.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and manage the full operational scope of the development - from budgeting and maintenance strategy to infrastructure projects and member relations - ensuring seamless integration between the development, residential, and facilities departments.

Prerequisites for position

• Minimum 10 years' experience in facilities or infrastructure management within
  - end residential, resort, or
  - use developments.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong technical background across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscaping systems.
• Proven Leadership experience.
• Experience working for well known international Property Development companies.
• Outstanding 1-1 client facing skills
