Summary

The Partner Interfaces Global Product team is looking for a Director - Product Development to take responsibility for selected MDES functions and use cases. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and adept at working within a high change /
- paced environment.

In this position you will:

• Pro-actively identify new requirements including justification for development / proving business case.
• Partner with engineering teams to develop new functionality or enhance existing features on the MDES platform.
• Undertake Platform Service owner responsibilities for some areas of the MDES platform.

Role responsibilities include:

- Services and Feature ownership – own selected aspects of the MDES platform or specific business functions from inception to delivery, including capturing requirements and reporting on progress.

- Supporting Commercialization activities – including onboarding/configuration of new MDES Services, legal activities, data privacy, and adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive MDES platform enhancements, explore new features, contribute to strategy, and partner with teams to deliver solutions that drive revenue.
• Understand market dynamics including Regulatory, Legal, Competitive, and Technology landscapes.
• Evaluate and prioritize enhancement ideas and initiate development projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Data Privacy, Delivery, Finance, Marketing, Sales, etc. , for

  - market planning.
• Partner with Servicing teams to ensure robust

  - end service plans.
• Work with Product Management to commercialize new products with a clear road map.
• Maintain product documentation and standards.
• Focus on quality and continuous learning.

Experiences

• Experience overseeing API services development and deployment.
• Experience building business cases and translating objectives into stories.
• Experience conducting product demos and presenting at industry events.
• Ability to synthesize products/services into value propositions aligned with customer needs.
