O Luca's Rooftop Restaurant, situado acima da deslumbrante Praia Dona Ana em Lagos, Portugal, está à procura de um(a) Diretor(a) de Alimentos & Bebidas experiente e apaixonado(a) para liderar e elevar a nossa experiência de hospitalidade.

Principais Responsabilidades

• Supervisionar as operações diárias de A&B (restaurante, bar e serviço rooftop)
• Liderar e desenvolver as equipas de serviço e cozinha para oferecer experiências excepcionais aos clientes
• Gerir orçamentos, inventários e relações com fornecedores
• Garantir consistência na qualidade do serviço, apresentação e higiene
• Colaborar no desenvolvimento do menu e em eventos especiais
  
  

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em gestão de A&B em ambiente de hospitalidade de alto padrão
• Fluência em português e inglês
• Fortes competências de liderança, comunicação e organização
• Perfil prático, com foco em serviço de excelência

• Oversee

• Lead and develop the service and kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships
• Ensure consistent quality in service, presentation, and hygiene
• Collaborate on menu development and special events
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience in a
  - end hospitality setting
• Fluency in both Portuguese and English
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
