What will you do as Store Manager?
You will be the head of the office and will be responsible for the operational, commercial, and administrative management of the Store. Your main mission is to ensure that the Store’s operations are carried out efficiently, guaranteeing excellent customer service, achievement of sales targets, and profitability.
What will be your responsibilities?
Operational Management: Supervise fleet availability to ensure the commercial operation of the Store, making sure established processes and operational standards are met. Perform and control the fleet inventory (together with the Team); oversee and follow up with the service provider on the quality of the contracted service.
Customer Service: Supervise the Team to deliver a professional experience and good service throughout the rental process.
Sales: Analyze sales results and implement strategies to reach commercial targets.
People Management
- Supervise the team, ensuring each person fulfills their responsibilities efficiently.
- Lead coordination meetings and feedback sessions with the team to track and achieve objectives.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development processes.
- Prepare/review work schedules, rest days, and vacations, optimizing coverage based on the Store’s needs.
- Build team engagement through actions such as exit interviews, coordination of seasonal workers'
- backs, etc.
Compliance with Rules and Processes: Ensure that all Store processes and procedures comply with internal and external regulations and policies.

- Proven experience in the car rental industry is a plus
- Driving licence B
- Ability to provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- A person who is able to communicate without difficulty in English and Portuguese
- Organised, flexible, proactive, decisive and with initiative, able to work in a team and results oriented.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, as well as digital skills in the use of our tools.
