Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and finances, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Implement new systems, drive process improvements, and bridge legacy and modern practices.
• Lead and motivate the team, fostering accountability—even in challenging situations.
• Support strategic growth and
  - functional projects, especially internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Engineering, or similar.
• 5–10 years’ experience in operations and/or finance, ideally in legal services.
• Strong track record in change management and overcoming internal resistance.
• Excellent interpersonal, assertiveness, and conflict management skills.
• Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
• Integrity, resilience, and discretion in dynamic or family business settings.
