Steconfer is hiring a Human Resources Director to strengthen the Human Resources Department in our Lisbon office.

Responsabilities

- Proven strategic thinking and execution capability,

- Deep knowledge of HR functions and best practices,

- Strong understanding of labor legislation and HR compliance requirements in more than one country, preferably,

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills,

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity,

- Experience in organizational development and change management,

- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data analytics in HR
- making,

- Availability to travel worldwide for short stays, generally from Monday to Friday, and once a month maximum.

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required),

- Master’s degree in HR Management, Business, or related field (preferred),

- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with experience in a leadership or senior management role,

- Experience working in the construction industry,

- Multi-site,
- country, or global HR management experience,

- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
