Overview

We are recruiting a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and management of a
- sized national business group.

This position reports directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the group20s financial strategy, aligning it with overall business goals;
• Prepare and deliver financial and strategic reports to support
  - making;
• Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring reliability and
  - term financial sustainability;
• Oversee treasury, credit management, foreign exchange operations, banking relations, and financial policies;
• Drive and coordinate M&A processes, ensuring solid financial analysis and risk management;
• Implement and manage shared services across the group20s companies;
• Monitor financial risks and present innovative, balanced solutions.

Candidate Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent fields;
• Minimum of 8 years20 experience in senior financial leadership, preferably in corporate groups or multinational contexts;
• Background in taxation, financial analysis, management control, banking relations, and foreign exchange operations;
• Proven track record in leading M&A processes, negotiations, and due diligence;
• Strong experience in team leadership and process improvement;
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI management, and tools such as Power
  BI;
• Fluency in English.
