We are proud to be working with a leading international law firm renowned for its excellence in complex disputes, to recruit a Litigation & Arbitration Lawyer to join their prestigious Lisbon team.

The Role

You will be part of a
- leading practice handling
- profile domestic and international litigation and arbitration matters. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside
- ranked partners and a team of specialists advising major corporates, financial institutions, and sovereign entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of dispute resolution including litigation, international arbitration, and
  - contentious strategic risk management.
• Representing clients in Portuguese and international courts and tribunals.
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal opinions, and procedural documents.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across jurisdictions in
  - border matters.

Requirements:

• Portuguese qualified lawyer with 1 to 4 years of
  - qualification experience (PQE) in litigation and/or arbitration.
• Experience at a reputable law firm, ideally in a structured and international environment.
• Fluent in both Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
• Strong academic background and excellent legal drafting skills.
• Commercially aware, with strong analytical, communication, and teamworking abilities.
