Job Description

Senior Application Support Engineer with a strong SRE mindset to ensure the stability and performance of our critical applications. You-'ll blend strong technical support with Dev
Ops principles, focusing on proactive reliability and automation.

Responsibilities

• Provide
  - level technical and functional support for complex applications.
• Manage and maintain operating systems in a Linux environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
• Lead incident resolution and
  - depth root cause analysis.
• Develop Shell and Python scripts for automation and efficiency.
• Apply Dev
  Ops best practices to improve system reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot using Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and/or Grafana.
• Contribute to monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Application Support, Dev
  Ops, or SRE roles.
• Expertise in Linux/Unix environments and troubleshooting.
• Strong Shell and Python scripting abilities.
• Solid understanding of Dev
  Ops principles.
• Proven experience with Elasticsearch (ELK Stack) and Grafana.
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
