Job Description:
- Supports the Complex Director of Sales in deploying effective segment strategies aligned with resort goals.
- Assists in driving proactive and reactive sales activity across all relevant markets, with an emphasis on luxury travel,

- worth individuals, groups & social events, wellness, sports, leisure sales, consortia, and TMCs. - Collaborates with the Marriott Global Sales Organization (GSO), and participates in sales missions, roadshows and hosted events to generate new business.
- Helps identify and activate seasonal campaigns and
- brand promotions to stimulate demand. - Manages an individual sales portfolio and achieves personal revenue and conversion goals.
- Contributes to strategic pricing, rate loading, and promotions in partnership with Revenue Management.
- Recommends booking goals and KPIs for the sales team, and actively tracks performance.
