• Provide technical leadership for SAP projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Develop and implement S4HANA solutions tailored to the utilities sector.
• Manage and mentor a team of S4HANA developers and consultants.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of SAP systems.
• Stay
  -
  - date with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities
• Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Technical administration of SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA)
• Management of cloud environments (mainly in the context of RISE and AWS)
• Management of SAP transports and authorisations
• Participation in digital transformation projects, including migration to S/4HANA and cloud
• Support for audits and compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Knowledge of SAP modules relevant to the utilities industry
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams
• Proficiency in SAP programming languages and tools (e. g. , ABAP, SAP HANA)
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices
• Ability to work effectively in a
  - paced, dynamic environment
• English is a plus.
