We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team. The professional will be responsible for:

1. Troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications, such as Teams, One
   Drive, Share
   Point, and Exchange Online.
2. Collaborating with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.
3. User Training & Adoption: Developing and delivering training sessions, guides, and resources tailored to
   - users. Promoting adoption of new features by demonstrating their practical applications in workflows.
4. User Feedback & Insights: Gathering feedback from users to identify areas for improvement. Analyzing trends in user behavior to proactively address common challenges.
5. Customization & Optimization: Configuring Microsoft 365 tools to meet organizational needs. Simplifying processes and workflows for better usability.
6. Accessibility & Inclusivity: Implementing accessibility features and advocating for inclusive software usage.
7. Collaboration Enhancements: Facilitating smoother teamwork by integrating Microsoft 365 apps to enhance communication and productivity.
8. Documentation: Maintaining clear records of configurations, best practices, and solutions for recurring issues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent;
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
