Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our team. The professional will be responsible for:

• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues in Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, One
  Drive, Share
  Point, and Exchange Online.
• Collaborate with Level 1 support teams to address complex user concerns effectively.

User Training & Adoption

• Develop and deliver training sessions, guides, and resources tailored to the needs of
  - users.
• Promote adoption of new features by demonstrating their practical applications in workflows.

User Feedback & Insights

• Gather feedback from users to identify areas for improvement in functionality and ease of use.
• Analyze trends in user behavior to proactively address common challenges.

Customization & Optimization

• Configure Microsoft 365 tools to align with organizational and
  - specific needs.
• Simplify processes and workflows to make tools more intuitive and
  - friendly.

Accessibility & Inclusivity

• Implement accessibility features to ensure that Microsoft 365 services cater to diverse user groups.
• Advocate for inclusivity in software usage and design.

Collaboration Enhancements

• Facilitate smoother collaboration by integrating Microsoft 365 apps in ways that enhance teamwork and productivity.
• Ensure seamless communication channels and document sharing systems are in place.

Documentation

• Maintain clear records of configurations, best practices, and solutions for recurring issues, accessible to both technical teams and
  - users.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows).
• Experience minimum 3 years in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
