Job Description

As a Distribution Marketing Specialist, you will contribute to strategic marketing efforts by analyzing business performance, identifying trends, and suggesting actionable improvements. You will collaborate with
- functional teams to enhance reporting tools, streamline internal processes, and support
- making through
- driven insights.

In your new role you will:

• Support in the planning & controlling processes in the global Distribution Marketing department of the Power & Sensor Systems Division
• Prepare monthly and quarterly scorecards
• Support in developing and further automating analysis tools (using Tableau, SQL, etc. ) in close cooperation with other functions
• Run trend, target, and actual analyses and develop suggestions for actions and next steps
• Support the enablement processes of distribution marketing
• Expand and maintain the internal team tools (i
  Shares, Confluence)
• Participate in projects with other functions to support the further development of our
  -
  - market strategy/activities in the distribution channel

Your Profile

You bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for working with data. You feel comfortable navigating with numbers, drawing insights, and turning them into action. You enjoy collaborating in international settings and thrive in dynamic and
- functional environments.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Business IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a similar field of studies
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a comparable function in sales or marketing controlling, ideally within the consulting industry
• High affinity for numbers and analyses and the ability to derive conclusions and actions
• Good experience with Excel and Tableau
• Work experience in global environments and complex matrix organizations while interacting with many other functions
• Availability to travel occasionally
• Fluent in English – German as a plus
