Enterprise Sales District Manager (Field Sales / New Business)
Position Description
As a Sales Representative for Enterprise Accounts, you'll grow new market share for ADP's human resources solutions targeting large prospects (1, 000 or more employees) within a defined territory. You will bring proven expertise and responsiveness, working as part of a team dedicated to building strong partnerships and maintaining unwavering relationships with clients and prospects. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
- Grow Our Business While Growing Yours: Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to achieve or exceed 100% of revenue and product goals.
- Plan and Report to Achieve Success: Develop an annual business plan, set sales and activity goals, and create account plans detailing current usage, potential sales, and strategies to build a robust pipeline.
- Market - Conduct Market Research: Identify prospective clients using various communication channels, utilize sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies, and analyze competitors to enhance market share.
- Collaborate Daily: Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to clients and internal teams, including working closely with Spanish and Global Enterprise Accounts sales teams on joint opportunities.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a senior sales role with a successful track record of closing complex deals and managing territories.
- Proven ability to sell to
- level clients and challenge prospects to improve their processes. - Excellent persuasive communication skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
- Results-driven with a strong work ethic, motivation, and leadership qualities.
- Proactive approach to selling.
- Languages: Fluent English and Portuguese.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry knowledge, especially regarding ADP's competitors.
- Experience in outsourcing sales, ERP, or workforce management solutions.
- Hunter mentality.
